These Terms of Service govern your use of Image Description Generator (“we,” “us,” or “the service”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Image Description Generator uses third-party infrastructure and AI providers to prepare editable text based on images and user instructions.

Available features may include image descriptions, alt text drafts, captions, prompts, SEO-copy drafts, visible-text extraction, product-copy drafts, and structured image analysis. Features, providers, limits, languages, models, and availability may change over time.

2. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. The service may misidentify people, objects, text, brands, quantities, locations, materials, events, or context.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before using it. Do not rely on generated content as professional legal, medical, financial, safety, accessibility, or compliance advice.

3. Accounts and Access

Some features may be available without an account. Other features, including account-based history, may require sign-in.

Security verification, rate limits, feature limits, temporary restrictions, or account requirements may apply. We do not guarantee unrestricted access.

4. User Content

You retain responsibility for the images, prompts, instructions, and other content you submit. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process your content.

Do not upload illegal material; content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights; child sexual abuse or exploitation material; non-consensual intimate imagery; malware or harmful files; content intended to facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity; or confidential material that you are not authorized to submit.

We may reject, restrict, remove, retain, or report content when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.

5. Uploads and Storage

Images, storage references, prompts, generated text, account information, generation records, and operational logs may be stored by the service or its providers to operate generation, history, reliability, security, support, and abuse-prevention features.

The service does not promise that uploaded or generated data is removed as soon as a generation finishes unless a specific feature explicitly implements and states that behavior. Review the Privacy Policy before uploading sensitive or confidential information.

6. Permitted Use

You may use generated output for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms, applicable law, provider restrictions, and third-party rights.

You are responsible for confirming that your final use does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, advertising, or other rights.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to:

  • violate laws or third-party rights;
  • create or promote fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive claims;
  • create fake identification, academic cheating material, malware, or unauthorized surveillance tools;
  • exploit, sexualize, endanger, or groom children;
  • create non-consensual sexual or intimate content;
  • promote terrorism, hate, harassment, violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
  • interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape at unreasonable scale, or overload infrastructure;
  • misrepresent AI-generated content as verified fact when doing so could cause harm.

8. Accessibility and Important Uses

Generated alt text is a draft and does not automatically satisfy WCAG or any other accessibility standard. Review the image, surrounding content, audience, and publishing context before use. Human review is required for important or sensitive applications.

9. Intellectual Property

The website design, branding, software, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party AI models, APIs, libraries, trademarks, and services remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party models or algorithms.

10. Availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.

Generation may fail because of provider availability, safety filters, request limits, network conditions, unsupported files, or technical errors.

11. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific generation speed, uninterrupted access, SEO rankings or conversion improvements, accessibility compliance, factual accuracy, compatibility with a particular ecommerce or publishing platform, permanent storage, rapid removal of data, or suitability for a specific purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You are responsible for your uploads, prompts, generated output, edits, publication decisions, and resulting use.

13. Termination and Enforcement

We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or providers, prevent abuse, or comply with legal requirements.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, providers, features, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer, privacy, or other legal rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
